Basically you divert your phone number to our office, on a specific number given to you and the call is answered in your company name, clearly and professionally.
Subject to your instruction certain customers can be connected through to your mobile or land line extension in a totally seamless process.
We have 3 levels of service available:*
Bronze costing from £65 per month
- Gives you up to 20 calls answered in your company name, with each call after charged at £1.00 per call
- Emailed list of all calls and messages taken sent throughout the day.
- Text Messages, if required, at .25pence per text
- Trunk Call connection to land line, charged at 5.5 pence per minute
- Trunk Call connection to Mobile, charged at 25 pence per minute
- Voice mail & retrieval system for messages
Silver costing from £80 per month
As above but includes
- Up to 50 calls answered in your company name, with each after charged at £0.85 per call
- 10 Free text messages, further texts at .25pence per text
Gold costing from £120 per month
As above but includes
- Up to 250 calls answered in your company name, with each after charged at £.50 per call
- 20 free text messages, further texts at £.25pence per text
We can also provide you with Non Geographic Numbers, NGN’s, such as 0800 or 0845 to further promote your business on a national footing.
